Training & Curriculum Development Team

The Training & Curriculum Development Team is responsible for designing, developing, and coordinating structured educational, vocational, leadership, empowerment, and capacity-building programs across all CWEED–Global initiatives and operational territories.

This team ensures that all empowerment, mentorship, agricultural, humanitarian, enterprise, youth, and community development programs are delivered through well-structured learning systems tailored to the needs of beneficiaries and local communities.
