CWEED–Global operates through a growing network of national, regional, and community-based coordinators working together to implement humanitarian, empowerment, agricultural, educational, and community transformation initiatives across Africa and parts of Asia. Our operational structure is designed to ensure effective grassroots coordination, accountability, local participation, and sustainable impact within the communities we serve.
Current Countries of Operations
Operational Structure
To ensure effective implementation and community engagement, CWEED–Global operates through a decentralized leadership and coordination structure across all operational territories. Each country’s structure may include:
National Coordinator
Responsible for overseeing national operations, partnerships, implementation strategies, and overall coordination within the country.
Deputy National Coordinator
Supports the National Coordinator in administration, operations, strategic planning, and program execution.
Regional Coordinators
Coordinate activities across regions, provinces, or zones while supervising local implementation teams and community engagement activities.
State Coordinators
Responsible for state-level coordination, monitoring, outreach implementation, and grassroots mobilization.
Local Government Coordinators
Coordinate activities at local government and district levels to ensure direct community participation and effective project execution.
Town & Community Coordinators
Serve as grassroots representatives and community mobilizers working directly with local populations, beneficiaries, volunteers, and outreach teams.
